I grew up in the trades — my grandfather taught me from a young age, putting a tool in my hand before most kids knew what a wrench was for. Everything I know about taking care of a customer's home, I learned watching him.

For years I worked out in Los Angeles, where the standards were as high as the stakes. We serviced the homes of famous people, kept major food chains and restaurants running, and built car washes from the ground up. We did it all — plumbing, electrical, and HVAC — often on the same job, for clients who could not afford downtime or shortcuts. That world taught me how to move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver work that holds up under real scrutiny.

Those years shaped the way I run Precision One today.
